Requirements

1+ year of prior customer service experience required. Previous automotive experience is a plus!
Above-average computer skills and superior attention to detail.
Must be able to manage customer concerns using "The 3 C’s" (Condition, Cause, Correction) with professionalism.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
Commitment to obtaining ASE G1 and C1 certifications
Flexibility to work at our Graham, WA, or Yelm, WA location when needed.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between customers and technicians.
Manage high-volume communication: Answer phones (3 rings or less), texts, chats, and emails.
Follow a set Process to create repair orders and present estimates.
Explain Courtesy Vehicle Health Inspections and technician recommendations to customers with clarity and empathy.
Accurately enter all vehicle data and walk-around inspections into Tekmetric.
Order parts timely, track deliveries, and process core returns/invoices.
Coordinate with the Shop Manager on warranty claims and sublet services.
Ensure the shop and customer waiting areas remain clean, professional, and presentable.
Attend weekly team meetings and commit to ongoing professional development.
Driving the customer shuttle.
Assist with emergencies, such as picking up parts.
