About The Position

BestLogic Staffing is continuing to grow, and as a result, we are offering a Volunteer OPT opportunity for a Sales Representative (Business Development). This role is designed to provide hands-on, practical training directly related to the candidate's field of study in business, marketing, and sales. You will gain real-world experience in client acquisition, outreach, and business development within a staffing environment. This is a structured, supervised role that supports actual business operations while building foundational skills for a career in sales.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or pursuing) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Comfortable with communication, including phone calls and outreach
• Strong interest in sales or business development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email, Internet tools)
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Role must be directly related to your field of study
• Minimum 20+ hours per week required
• Must maintain valid F-1 OPT authorization
• Candidate is responsible for confirming eligibility with their DSO
