The Role As a Sales Representative, you’ll work directly with homeowners to educate them on solar and energy-saving solutions. This is a field-based role where you manage your own territory, schedule, and pipeline. You’ll be responsible for creating conversations, delivering in-home presentations, and closing deals using a proven sales process.

Requirements

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Ability to walk and stand for extended periods outdoors
  • Willingness to travel regionally as needed
  • Ability to work independently without constant supervision
  • Background check required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High self-motivation and discipline
