About The Position
Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning [https://www.isaacheating.com/careers/] is seeking an Entry-Level Residential HVAC Service Technician for their Canandaigua, NY location. The ideal candidate for this position possesses a strong willingness to learn and grow, with a genuine desire to continue learning the skills necessary to become a proficient and highly effective Residential Service Technician. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license / clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
Nice To Haves
- Experience and/or coursework in HVAC preferred
- OSHA 10-hour Construction Course preferred
Responsibilities
- Services all equipment according to an established service schedule, and company standards and within acceptable time frames as well as troubleshoot and rectify potential problems on location.
- Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC concerns.
- Documents legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy and submits on a daily basis.
- Builds and maintains customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image.
- Follows all safety procedures, including following all safe driving habits and not utilizing mobile devices in vehicles.
- Applies knowledge of products and seeks additional training/education as appropriate.
