About The Position
Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning [https://www.isaacheating.com/careers/] is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician for their Rochester, NY location. The ideal candidate will already have HVAC work experience and be able to perform repair/maintenance work in a thorough and accurate manner. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- EPA – Universal Certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license / clean driving record
- OSHA 10-hour Construction Course preferred
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- 2-5 years of HVAC Experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Services all equipment according to an established service schedule, and company standards and within acceptable time frames as well as troubleshoot and rectify potential problems on location
- Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC concerns
- Documents legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy and submits on a daily basis
- Builds and maintains customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image
- Follows all safety procedures, including following all safe driving habits and not utilizing mobile devices in vehicles
- Applies knowledge of products and seeks additional training/education as appropriate
