About The Position

We are currently seeking an Entry Level Recruiter to join our growing team. As an Entry Level Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in helping us find and attract top talent to join our company. You will work closely with our HR team to identify and source candidates, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in recruiting or HR preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with applicant tracking systems
• Passion for recruiting and a desire to learn and grow in the field

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions
• Utilize various sourcing methods to attract and identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
• Assist with the onboarding process for new hires
• Keep track of recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to the HR team
• Participate in job fairs and other recruiting events to promote the company and attract top talent
