Requirements

A positive attitude and a genuine love for helping people
Strong communication skills and comfort talking with candidates
Team-first mentality - you enjoy working with and supporting others
Tech-savvy with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and basic tools
Comfortable making calls and joining video interviews

Nice To Haves

Experience in recruiting, customer service, or sales is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Reach out to potential candidates and spark conversations about new opportunities
Conduct friendly, informative interviews and help guide applicants through the process
Use job boards, social platforms, referrals, and creativity to find great talent
Coordinate interviews and support both candidates and hiring managers
Keep our ATS organized and up to date (we like a tidy system!)
