Requirements

• Experience at AutoZone, O’Reilly, Advance Auto Parts, or similar store (required)
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Basic automotive knowledge and eagerness to learn more

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and service technicians at the parts counter
• Look up parts, check inventory, and process orders efficiently
• Provide expert recommendations and deliver excellent customer service
• Keep the department organized and professional
• Learn dealership systems and expand your product knowledge
• Support daily operations to keep the team running smoothly
