We’re seeking a motivated, people-focused individual to join us as an Entry-Level Marketing & Event Assistant. This is a perfect entry-level role for candidates looking to gain experience in marketing, event promotions, fundraising, and public relations—no prior experience required.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Supporting the planning and execution of live events, marketing campaigns, and fundraising initiatives
- Engaging directly with donors and community members to promote causes and drive contributions
- Representing nonprofit partners with energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm
- Distributing marketing materials, flyers, and promotional content at events
- Assisting with event setup, coordination, and breakdown
- Tracking donor interactions and campaign performance
- Maintaining accurate records of outreach and fundraising results
- Collaborating with team members to develop creative marketing and outreach strategies
