Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily team operations, including scheduling, task delegation, and performance oversight.

• Coordinate and oversee community outreach events, ensuring smooth execution and positive public engagement.
• Represent nonprofit and brand partners professionally while interacting with community members and event attendees.
• Track performance metrics, report results to senior managers, and help implement process improvements.
• Support marketing and promotional campaigns by ensuring consistent messaging and proper event setup.
• Maintain strong communication with team members to foster a positive, high-performance work environment.
