About The Position

We’re hiring Entry-Level Managers to join our fast-growing marketing, promotions, and event operations teams. This role is ideal for ambitious, people-oriented candidates who want to launch a career in leadership and management while gaining real-world experience. No prior management experience is required — we provide paid, hands-on training, mentorship, and professional development . What You’ll Do As an Entry-Level Manager, you’ll support and lead teams during live events, marketing campaigns, and community outreach initiatives : Assist in planning, executing, and supervising events and campaigns Lead and support team members on-site to ensure smooth operations Engage with team members and participants in a professional, energetic manner Track performance metrics, attendance, and campaign outcomes Help troubleshoot on-site challenges and improve processes Collaborate with senior managers on training, staffing, and operational planning

Requirements

  • Are available to work some evenings and weekends

  • No prior management experience required.
