Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and supervising events and campaigns
• Lead and support team members on-site to ensure smooth operations
• Engage with team members and participants in a professional, energetic manner
• Track performance metrics, attendance, and campaign outcomes
• Help troubleshoot on-site challenges and improve processes
• Collaborate with senior managers on training, staffing, and operational planning
