The Boeing Company's Defense, Space and Security (BDS) Quality Operations Human Resources (HR) organization is seeking an Entry-LevelHuman Resources Business Partner to join their team in Ridley Park, PA. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, inclusive team aimed at shaping the future of HR at Boeing to drive business value for the Philadelphia, PA Vertical Lift portfolio, including H-47, V-22 and MH-139. Each program has business growth, and you will have the direct opportunity to help enable the talent to service their amazing capabilities. This role requires a hands-on, visible presence on the manufacturing floor to ensure employees receive support and that concerns are quickly resolved. By partnering with managers and employees, you will have a critical role in driving business value, best-in-class employee experience, and effective delivery of HR programs, services, and support in the following key areas: Employee engagement Career and employee development Employee performance Leadership development Integration and partnership across Operations, broader HR team, and HR Centers of Excellence, including Ethics, Labor Relations, Total Rewards, and Legal The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in HR fundamentals, HR support, and relationship-building serving as a liaison between employees and management, enhancing communication, and ensuring compliance with company policies. They will also have excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with a high-impact communication style.
