Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site event setup, execution, and teardown for live events, community programs, and brand activations
• Support event logistics, including vendor coordination, guest registration, and setup of signage, displays, and promotional materials
• Engage with attendees and the community to deliver a professional, positive brand experience
• Participate in fundraising initiatives, community outreach programs, and charity events
• Represent the company and partner brands in a polished, enthusiastic, and professional manner
• Contribute to post-event reviews to help improve future events and campaigns
