Role Overview
As an Entry-Level Event Assistant, you will support all aspects of event operations. From helping set up and manage live events to assisting with marketing materials and guest engagement, you’ll play a key role in ensuring each event is successful and impactful. Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Help with the planning, preparation, and execution of events and community programs
• Provide on-site support, including setup, registration, logistics, and breakdown
• Engage with event attendees and provide a positive experience
• Assist with event materials, signage, and promotional content
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, feedback, and event outcomes
• Work alongside team members and partners to maintain consistent messaging and branding
