Responsibilities
- Support the planning, organization, and execution of live events, promotional campaigns, and brand activations
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand event goals, timelines, and expectations
- Coordinate event setup, teardown, staffing, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless operations
- Manage event registration, guest engagement, and on-site activities
- Collaborate with marketing and production teams to ensure events run smoothly and meet performance objectives
- Gather client and attendee feedback and assist with post-event reports for continuous improvement
