Requirements

  • Willingness to work flexible hours if required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide basic desktop support including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
  • Assist end-users by responding to support tickets and resolving technical issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with senior technicians and escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of support requests and solutions in the ticketing system.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and closure of support tickets.
