About The Position

We’re looking for a highly skilled Desktop Support Technician III to join our IT team as a Tier 3 escalation resource supporting a hybrid Windows and macOS environment. This is an on-site role responsible for delivering advanced endpoint support, white-glove executive service, and modern device management using Intune, Autopilot, Mosyle, and Apple Business Manager. Requirements

  • 5+ years of desktop or endpoint support experience
  • Strong Windows & macOS troubleshooting expertise
  • Hands-on experience with Intune, Autopilot, Mosyle, and ABM
  • Experience supporting senior leaders and executives
  • Knowledge of Azure AD, Active Directory, and M365
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Microsoft Endpoint Administrator Certification
  • Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP)
  • PowerShell scripting experience

Responsibilities

  • Act as Tier 3 escalation for complex desktop and endpoint issues
  • Provide executive/VIP white-glove technical support
  • Manage Windows and macOS device provisioning and lifecycle
  • Deploy and manage endpoints using: Microsoft Intune Windows Autopilot Mosyle Apple Business Manager
  • Support Azure AD, Active Directory, and M365 administration
  • Maintain endpoint security compliance (BitLocker, FileVault, MFA)
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes
  • Support executive meetings and high-visibility IT events
  • Provide technical guidance to global IT teams
