Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education is an asset.
  • Comfortable using Zoom, email, and digital tools for communication and recordkeeping.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and active-listening skills.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined, capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, consulting, or client relations is an advantage, but not required — we provide full training.

  • Conduct virtual meetings and phone consultations with members who have expressed interest in learning more about their available programs.
  • Build trust through active listening and empathetic communication, ensuring each member feels heard and supported.
  • Clearly explain benefit options and guide families toward decisions that align with their priorities.
  • Maintain organized digital documentation and accurate records of each interaction.
  • Collaborate with your team to achieve shared objectives and uphold the highest standards of service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to strengthen your leadership, communication, and consultative skills.
  • Offer feedback and ideas that improve efficiency, teamwork, and the overall member experience.
