Requirements

  • 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable interacting with the public
  • Positive attitude with a coachable, growth-oriented mindset
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Reliable transportation for event assignments

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, promotions, or events is a plus—but not required

Responsibilities

  • Represent national brands and client partners at retail events, trade shows, pop-up events, and community activations
  • Engage customers with a friendly, professional, and confident approach
  • Distribute promotional materials, product samples, and brand messaging
  • Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown
  • Track customer interactions, collect feedback, and gather lead information
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign goals and performance targets
