Requirements
- 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable interacting with the public
- Positive attitude, coachable mindset , and eagerness to learn
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Reliable transportation for event assignments
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, sales, customer service, promotions, or events is a plus—but not required
Responsibilities
- Represent national brands and client partners at retail events, trade shows, pop-ups, and community activations
- Engage customers with a friendly, professional, and confident approach
- Distribute promotional materials, product samples, and brand messaging
- Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown
- Track customer interactions and collect event feedback and lead information
- Collaborate with team members to meet campaign goals and performance targets
