About The Position

We’re hiring Entry-Level Community Outreach Representatives to support leading nonprofit organizations through local events, fundraisers, and community outreach campaigns. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in marketing, nonprofit outreach, event coordination, and donor engagement —all while making a real impact in your community. No experience required. We provide paid training, mentorship, and clear advancement opportunities into leadership roles.

Requirements

• Friendly, enthusiastic, and people-focused
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for nonprofits, advocacy, and social impact
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Full-time availability (occasional weekends required)

Responsibilities

• Represent nationally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations at community events and outreach locations
• Engage the public in meaningful, face-to-face conversations about important causes
• Inspire donations, volunteer participation, and community involvement
• Assist with event setup, outreach booths, and promotional materials
• Track supporter interactions, contributions, and engagement metrics
• Collaborate with a team-oriented outreach group to meet campaign goals
