Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Strong interest in community outreach, public engagement, and relationship management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational, time-management, and project coordination abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

Support the planning, coordination, and execution of community outreach programs and local events
Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, nonprofits, and local organizations
Participate in community events, fundraisers, and charitable initiatives
Collaborate with internal departments to align outreach efforts with business objectives
Monitor and respond to community inquiries, feedback, and engagement opportunities
Research community needs and identify potential partnerships and outreach opportunities
Track, analyze, and report community engagement metrics and outcomes
