About The Position

We are currently hiring an enthusiastic and purpose-driven Entry-Level Community Outreach Representative to support nonprofit organizations through face-to-face outreach, grassroots engagement, and community fundraising initiatives . This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others, creating positive social impact, and building a long-term career in community outreach, nonprofit advocacy, fundraising, or public engagement . No prior experience is required. Paid training, hands-on mentorship, and professional development begin on day one. About the Role As an Entry-Level Community Outreach Representative , you will serve as the frontline ambassador for respected nonprofit partners. You’ll engage directly with community members, share impactful missions, and inspire public support through meaningful conversations. This is a people-focused, purpose-driven role offering growth opportunities and leadership development.

Requirements

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and public engagement skills
• Genuine passion for nonprofit work, community service, and social impact
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• No experience required — paid training provided

Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit partners at community events, outreach locations, and public spaces
• Engage community members through one-on-one conversations to raise awareness and inspire support
• Communicate nonprofit missions, values, and current initiatives clearly and professionally
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily outreach and fundraising goals
• Assist with event setup, teardown, and branded outreach displays
• Track community interactions and gather feedback to improve future outreach campaigns
• Participate in ongoing training focused on communication, leadership, and advocacy skills
