About The Position

We are seeking motivated and passionate individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Community Outreach Representatives supporting leading nonprofit organizations and 501(c)(3) charitable campaigns. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in community outreach, nonprofit fundraising, event marketing, donor engagement, and public relations.
No prior experience is required. We provide paid training, mentorship, and clear advancement pathways into leadership and management roles.

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing, and confident speaking with the public
• Strong communicators with great interpersonal skills
• Passionate about nonprofit work, advocacy, and social impact
• Team players with a positive, coachable attitude
• Reliable and available for full-time work, including occasional weekends
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Represent nationally recognized nonprofit organizations at local events and outreach campaigns
• Engage the public in face-to-face conversations about charitable causes and initiatives
• Encourage donations, volunteer participation, and community involvement
• Assist with event setup, outreach booths, and promotional materials
• Track supporter interactions, donations, and engagement data
• Collaborate with a team to achieve outreach and fundraising goals
