Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required (college experience a plus, not required)
  • Entry-level experience in customer service, events, marketing, outreach, or volunteering is helpful but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented personality
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing community outreach campaigns and nonprofit events
  • Engage with community members to promote awareness of local nonprofit initiatives
  • Support fundraising efforts, marketing activations, and volunteer recruitment
  • Help set up and coordinate community events, booths, and outreach activities
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and motivating volunteers and new team members
  • Track engagement results and provide feedback to leadership
  • Represent nonprofit partners professionally at events and outreach programs
