About The Position
We are seeking a motivated, outgoing individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Community Outreach Representative. This is a hands-on opportunity to build experience in sales, nonprofit fundraising, customer engagement, and community outreach while supporting meaningful causes that strengthen local communities. Our team partners with nonprofit organizations to increase awareness and grow support through face-to-face outreach campaigns at community events, retail locations, and promotional sites. In this role, you will serve as a public-facing representative, sharing nonprofit missions and helping connect the community with impactful programs.
Requirements
- Outgoing personality with strong face-to-face communication skills
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and reliability
- Interest in developing skills in sales, marketing, fundraising, and customer service
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn — no prior experience required (full training provided)
Responsibilities
- Engage with the public at community events, retail locations, and outreach sites
- Represent nonprofit organizations and communicate campaign goals clearly
- Educate potential supporters on programs, initiatives, and ways to get involved
- Answer questions and provide accurate information about nonprofit campaigns
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and approachable presence at all times
