Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Literate (able to read and format numerous data sheets)
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • good telephone/communication skills, and ability to interact with vendors
  • Strong Planning and Organization Skills
  • Good Administrative and Mathematical Skills with Willingness to Handle Paperwork
  • Ability to Multitask
  • Excellent Math and Analytical Skills
  • good computer skills (Excel, Word, Somax)
  • strong typing skills

Responsibilities

  • Process EDI data transmissions and file incoming orders with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date records of shipment dates and related documentation.
  • Generate computer‑produced bar‑code labels and print bills of lading.
  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Compute wages and post wage data to payroll records using a calculator and PC.
  • Record earnings from work tickets, including calculating deductions.
  • Enter gross wages on earning records and prepare periodic earnings/deduction reports for external partners.
  • Compile and type new hire, termination, and transfer surveys.
  • Support management with additional tasks as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while producing high‑quality work.
  • Maintain regular, reliable attendance.
  • Ability to work mandatory overtime when required.
  • Follow all hygiene, housekeeping, and safety practices consistently.
