Cross-trained in at least three of the following roles, Arcade Attendant, Entertainment Crew, Visiting Artist Assistant, and Wardrobe Assistant, this role offers essential flexibility and coverage wherever needed during a shift.
Requirements
- 18+ years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Lifeguard certified or ability to become certified upon hiring.
- Minimum 6 months experience in a fast-paced environment
- Prior cash-handling experience preferred.
- Proficiency in basic math is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong conflict resolution skills to support a positive guest experience.
- Passion for guest service and entertainment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
- Reliable transportation and open availability for weekends, evenings, late nights, and holidays.
- All job applicants for duties to be performed at Casa must be Colorado residents at the time of application.

- Prior experience with theater operations, entertainment coordinating, or performance logistics preferred.
Responsibilities
- Welcome, engage, and assist guests across entertainment areas to ensure a memorable visit.
- Follow established steps of service and comply with all company policies and safety regulations.
- Communicate clearly with guests, performers, and team members, providing accurate information and resolving concerns with professionalism.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all assigned work areas.
- Report hazards, spills, technical issues, inventory shortages, or operational concerns to leadership.
- Monitor and manage crowd flow to prevent congestion and ensure safety.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn, adapt to feedback, and comply with all company policies and safety regulations.
- Address issues as they arise with a calm, solution-oriented approach that supports both guest and artist satisfaction.
- Train in and perform all the associated duties of at least three of the following four roles (or equivalents): Arcade Attendant Entertainment Crew Visiting Artist Assistant Wardrobe Assistant
- Act as the Certified Lifeguard for pool emergencies and/or fill-in for lifeguard coverage due to callouts.
- Complete Lifeguard Certification as required by the company.
- Attend and maintain all required safety in-service and certification trainings.
- Act as a safety spotter for divers at one or more designated locations in the facility during specific dives over areas where management deems it necessary or desirable, and act as out-of-water safety person in these locations to prevent injury to performers and/or guests.
- Must be willing and able to act to make the safety of performers and guests paramount
- Perform other duties assigned by Entertainment Leadership based on business needs.
