WE LOVE OUR WORK. Acts as Technical Director for all Entertainment productions at L’Auberge Baton Rouge. Acquiring approval on all proposed activities. Maintaining entertainment budget requirements. Creation of entertainment budget, ensuring that funds are expended in an effective and efficient manner, generating projected revenues and head counts. Report monthly expenses and provide accurate explanations for variance to budget. Review all artist technical riders to assess the feasibility of complying with the requirements. Assures that all such requirements are either met, negotiated or waived. Draft supporting documentation for all concerts and live entertainment including contract addendums, budget worksheets and analyses. Execute all approved concerts and live shows. Duties include budgeting, staffing, logistics, scheduling, monitoring of service levels to ensure that all concerts and live entertainment are successful. Establish contact with the artist’s Road/Production Manager to coordinate load in times, sound checks, crew calls and back line requirements. Assure that an optimum inventory of supplies is kept on hand to address all reasonable artist needs. Assist in the development of design and production specifications of all concerts and live entertainment to ensure that a production schedule is maintained. Assure that artist dressing rooms are properly prepared and maintained. Assist in ensuring all of the company owned equipment is properly maintained.
