Requirements

• 3–7+ years of experience in live entertainment, events, hospitality, or venue management
• Experience booking artists and managing live programming
• Strong negotiation skills and business acumen
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple events at once
• Strong judgment around talent, audience fit, and experience quality
• Comfortable owning outcomes—not just executing tasks
• Willingness to travel regularly between locations
• Based in Southern California with regular travel across all Hangar 24 locations
• Highly in-field role with significant on-site presence
• Schedule includes nights, weekends, and event-based hours

Responsibilities

• Own Programming & Events Build and manage live entertainment across all locations
• Execute weekly programming and ticketed “Hangar 24 Sessions”
• Book artists, negotiate deals, and ensure events are profitable
• Build Talent & Drive Promotion Develop relationships with artists, agents, and promoters
• Create a strong pipeline of local, regional, and touring talent
• Partner with marketing to promote events and drive attendance
• Execute & Improve Performance Oversee key events to ensure a high-quality guest experience
• Track performance across attendance, revenue, and profitability
• Adjust programming, pricing, and formats to continuously improve results
