The company seeks individuals who share these values to contribute to a dynamic, forward-thinking organization.Under the general direction of the Acquisitions Operations Manager, the Acquisitions Intern will support data-driven initiatives for the Acquisitions and Legal teams. The primary focus will be on researching, validating, auditing, and organizing land and deal data for migration into Redwood’s future Land Database within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). This role provides hands-on experience in enterprise system readiness, assisting with parcel and ownership verification, document review, and data quality. It also offers exposure to market research, technology, and AI initiatives. The intern will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate, well-structured data and is expected to act as a Redwood brand ambassador while supporting business-critical initiatives.
