As part of the Enterprise Solutions Engineering team, you'll play a pivotal pre-sales role that partners with Account Executives to drive growth and retention in the company's most strategic enterprise accounts. You are responsible for expanding annual recurring revenue (ARR) while minimizing churn by fostering long-term, healthy partnerships through strategic, value-driven engagements. Acting as a technical expert, you will craft and present tailored solutions that showcase competitive differentiation and align with both executive and end-user needs. By leveraging deep knowledge of AI, large language models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, and collaborative work management, you enable clients to achieve their business objectives while ensuring seamless adoption and ongoing success. This role requires exceptional communication, prioritization, and the ability to manage diverse stakeholder goals to deliver impactful outcomes. This role can either be fully remote depending on which US state you live in, or based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. If based in-office: The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner.
