This role will support the day to day functions of a growing enterprise organization including sales and marketing by providing essential analytical, administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate will be market facing at times and work behind the scenes on logistical and transactional needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or similar administrative role, preferably in the healthcare, benefits, or technology sector.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting & Analytics Support: Assist in the creation and distribution of regular performance reports, dashboards, and sales forecasts, providing foundational data for actionable insights into commercial health.
  • Sales Enablement: Coordinate the preparation, assembly, and distribution of sales materials, presentations, and training resources to ensure the Commercial team is equipped for maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Marketing Support: Ensure the Enterprise product marketing team has the resource support and internal alignment necessary for effective campaigns and outreach strategy.
  • Process Coordination: Support the implementation and adherence to scalable processes and workflows for the full commercial lifecycle, assisting with project management tasks as needed.
  • Administrative & Logistical Support: Manage and coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, arrange catering and event materials, recording minutes, and follow up on team action items.
