Job Summary Goosehead Insurance is currently seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and driven Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for mentoring, coaching, and motivating our sales team to achieve and exceed their targets. Your role is integral to our business and will ensure effective sales practices, sales growth, and increased revenue for the company. Principal Duties and Responsibilities A successful candidate will have experience in a call center and the personal lines industry along with expertise in the sales process and methodologies. This candidate will also have a strong track record of individual and team success. They must have the ability to work collaboratively with people in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in either management, call center environment, or the personal lines insurance industry
  • Passing the state licensing exam, if required
  • Legally authorized to work the United States
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment
  • B2B or B2C sales experience
  • Competitive attitude
