About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager in the United States. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with extensive experience in complex enterprise sales within the insurtech or insurance technology ecosystem. The Enterprise Sales Manager will focus on acquiring new enterprise clients and expanding relationships with existing customers, driving strategic deals and significant revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Engineering, and Executive Leadership to execute sales strategies and deliver measurable results. This role requires engagement with C-level executives, leading proposal development, RFP responses, and contract negotiations. The position offers the opportunity to shape and execute sales strategy in a dynamic, high-growth environment while building long-term partnerships across the US and global markets.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of proven success in complex enterprise sales with consistent quota achievement
  • 10+ years of experience within the insurtech ecosystem, including software solutions and system integrators
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals of $10M TCV or higher
  • Strong relationship-building skills with C-level executives at top enterprise agencies, brokers, MGAs, and MGUs
  • Excellent strategic planning and business acumen, with the ability to execute at both divisional and global levels
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills across multiple platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience conducting thorough requirements gathering and solution-selling of enterprise software
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth with US and global enterprise clients, including Brokers, MGAs, and MGUs
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline by identifying opportunities and advancing them to close
  • Lead strategic sales processes, including proposal creation, executive presentations, and contract negotiations
  • Engage with C-level executives to articulate value propositions, ROI, and solution benefits
  • Source and respond to RFIs/RFPs and bid proposals to secure new contracts
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Executive Leadership to ensure alignment and execution of sales initiatives
  • Lead regular pipeline reviews and business meetings to track progress and forecast revenue
