We're hiring an Enterprise Sales Lead to help scale Paxos Labs's client base and drive strategy and stakeholder engagement with our enterprise stakeholders. Who We’re Looking For We are looking for a motivated operator who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The ideal candidate will be extremely independent, have a passion for stablecoins and DeFi, and a deep understanding and previous experience operating within enterprise sales cycles. We are looking for someone energized by the following types of work: Introducing enterprises to onchain financial capabilities and products Facilitating innovation through sales with legacy financial organizations Educating non-native stakeholders to the benefits of onchain financial product offerings This role will be ideal for those that are natural relationship builders, exceptional communicators, and strategic thinkers capable of identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities and pursuing new sales targets as they arise. We value individuals who are proactive, adaptable, and committed to exceeding targets while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, stablecoins, and the broader onchain finance ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance related to digital assets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies and best practices.
  • Minimum of 4-10 years of experience in enterprise sales, coming in with a comprehensive network of enterprise relationships.
  • Demonstrable experience selling financial technology solutions to large institutions.
  • Experience in the financial services industry, particularly with a focus on capital markets, payments, or fintech.

Nice To Haves

  • Working within the context of a crypto or DeFi-centric position within previous experience is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a leadership or mentorship role within a sales team is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to integrate stablecoin and DeFi capabilities within enterprise markets.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within the onchain finance and stablecoin sectors.
  • Bring to the table, build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at enterprise-level organizations.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and legal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals for clients.
  • Negotiate and close complex enterprise deals while providing regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights to leadership.
  • Represent Paxos Labs at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
