About The Position

The Lead Enterprise Architect will lead a team of architects in defining and executing a comprehensive Technology, Digital, and Data (TDD) strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives. This role is instrumental in shaping the future of the organization’s technology landscape, ensuring that infrastructure, applications, data, and security operate as a cohesive, scalable, and efficient ecosystem. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, the Lead Enterprise Architect translates business requirements into innovative, future-ready architectural solutions that drive long-term value.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture or a closely related discipline, with demonstrated leadership of enterprise-scale initiatives.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise design principles across infrastructure, application architecture, data management, security, cloud service patterns, and DevOps pipelines.
  • Proven hands-on experience with modern cloud platforms and tooling, including strong proficiency in UML 2.5 modeling and architectural documentation standards.
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capability, with experience guiding junior architects and influencing cross-functional technical teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to design, evaluate, and evolve complex enterprise systems.
  • Experience with agentic software development and AI-assisted engineering, including the use of embedded IDE agents (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cline) and modern LLMs (e.g., Claude Sonnet, Gemini Pro) to prototype and productionize scalable solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage line-of-business leaders, present enterprise architecture outcomes, and lead end-to-end architectural delivery from concept through implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the adoption, governance, and evolution of a comprehensive enterprise architecture framework across all Technology, Digital, and Data (TDD) domains, including infrastructure, applications, data, and security.
  • Define and maintain enterprise architecture standards, best practices, and roadmaps aligned with strategic business objectives and the evolving technology landscape.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop junior architects while fostering a collaborative, knowledge-sharing architecture community across IT disciplines.
  • Champion standardized architectural processes and documentation across conceptual, logical, and physical layers in collaboration with peer architects.
  • Lead architectural reviews and technology evaluations to ensure proposed and existing solutions align with enterprise principles, scalability requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with business and technical stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, actionable architectural requirements.
  • Monitor industry trends and introduce innovative architectural enhancements to ensure a cohesive, future-ready, and sustainable technology foundation.
