We're seeking a talented Strategic Sales professional who can leverage experience and abilities to generate new direct sales of our SaaS-based solutions. As our Enterprise Sales Director for Texas, you'll follow up on inbound leads, develop outbound opportunities, and pursue full-cycle sales while building market awareness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 15+ years' experience in SaaS industry, preferably in Human Capital Management or Health, Wellness, Navigation category
  • Documented history of consistent quota over-achievement with proven track record
  • Experience selling enterprise products/services with value-based selling methodologies
  • Strong familiarity with sales tools (SalesForce.com, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, GoToMeeting)
  • Excellent written and communication skills for understanding customer needs and mapping business value
  • Proficiency in managing complex selling engagements with strategic approach

Responsibilities

  • Achieve revenue targets: Meet and exceed Annual Recurring Revenue objectives in assigned Texas territory through strategic planning and execution.
  • Drive lead generation: Execute creative initiatives through direct mail, email marketing, networking events, trade shows, luncheon seminars, and strategic cold calling.
  • Manage sales process: Leverage Salesforce.com to build business, manage opportunities, and maintain accurate forecasting and comprehensive reporting.
  • Demonstrate solutions: Present Personify Health products to prospects via in-person meetings or virtual demonstrations that showcase value and capabilities.
  • Coordinate implementations: Work with Account Management and Implementation teams on seamless pre/post-sales processes and client transitions.
  • Forecast strategically: Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets to sales leadership with timely, accurate reporting and strategic insights.
