About The Position

Registrar Corp’s mission is to promote consumer health and safety by providing over 32,000+ food, cosmetic, medical device, and drug companies in 200 countries with US FDA compliance software and services. We are growing fast and seeking talented and dedicated professionals to join our team. Registrar Corp is seeking a driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing SaaS Sales Team. In this role, you’ll help expand the adoption of our fast-growing suite of essential compliance SaaS and SaaS + Service solutions for food and beverage companies with a keen focus on retailers, CPG brands, and manufacturers. With 60% year-over-year growth, our flagship solution, ComplyHub, is transforming how regulatory and purchasing teams manage food safety over the supplier lifecycle. You’ll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and demos to negotiation and close—in a fast-paced environment with complex sales cycles. Requirements

  • Enterprise Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in selling SaaS solutions to enterprise clients. Skilled at navigating complex sales cycles and engaging multiple stakeholders across departments
  • Industry Experience: Background in selling regulatory or compliance solutions, particularly within the food & beverage or life sciences sectors. Familiarity with industry-specific challenges and regulatory frameworks is a strong plus
  • Proven Track Record: 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales with consistent quota attainment. Experienced in hunting new logos and closing high-value, complex deals
  • Consultative Selling Approach: Proficient in conducting discovery conversations to uncover client needs and align solutions with strategic business goals. Trusted advisor to executive-level decision-makers.
  • Strategic Prospecting: Strong ability to identify, source, and develop new opportunities within large organizations. Confident initiating outreach and securing meetings with senior leaders
  • Exceptional Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Capable of crafting compelling narratives that resonate with C-suite and VP-level audiences.
  • CRM & Tech Savvy: Proficient in CRM platforms and productivity tools such as Microsoft Office and HubSpot. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with food and beverage industry regulations
  • Foreign language proficiency, especially Spanish, is a strong plus
  • Bachelors or Masters Degree

Responsibilities

  • Own the complete enterprise sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery through demo, proposal, and close.
  • Engage key stakeholders across multiple departments within target enterprise accounts to drive alignment and momentum.
  • Deliver impactful product demonstrations and consultative presentations tailored to the unique needs of enterprise clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans, maintaining pipeline health through accurate forecasting and CRM management.
  • Negotiate and close complex deals, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Maintain deep expertise in FDA regulations and clearly articulate how our solutions address critical client challenges.
