The ERM Program Manager reports directly to the Vice President of Internal Audit and ERM (Vice President), with ultimate accountability to the Compliance and Risk Committee of the Board of Directors. The main accountability of the ERM Program Manager is to partner with designated risk owners across the organization to ensure risks that could adversely impact Capital's achievement of its strategic plan are identified, analyzed, and reported on to senior leaders and the Board. The incumbent will ensure sound business processes are in place to facilitate the ongoing identification, assessment, and management of enterprise risks. The ERM Program Manager also collaborates closely with the Vice President to address mandated ERM reporting requirements to regulators and other governing bodies. In addition to the Vice President, other key stakeholders of this position include 20+ Director level and above members of the Enterprise Risk Management Oversight Committee (ERMOC) and the Executive Risk Committee (ERC) which comprises the Executive Leadership Team members. This is a high visibility position which plays a critical role in fostering a proactive risk culture and aligning risk management practices with strategic and regulatory objectives.
