About The Position
Our Enterprise Project Delivery Department is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Intern to join their team! The Enterprise Project Delivery (EPD) Internship is designed to bridge academic project management theory with real-world enterprise execution in a large financial institution. This internship provides hands-on exposure to the Project Delivery Lifecycle, enterprise project management systems, and structured corporate communication with diverse stakeholders. This role is ideal for a student who wants to build practical project management and business analysis skills while developing professional confidence, accountability, and enterprise readiness.
Requirements
- Written Communication – Ability to draft clear, concise, and grammatically correct emails, notes, and documentation
- Data Organization – Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for tracking, reporting, and documentation
- Attention to Detail – Meticulous approach to maintaining accurate schedules, documentation, and historical project records
- Professionalism & Confidentiality – Commitment to the highest standards of corporate conduct, discretion, and business integrity in alignment with organizational code of conduct expectations
Responsibilities
- Practical experience supporting enterprise-level initiatives
- Hands-on use of Wrike, our enterprise project management platform
- Exposure to the full Project Delivery Lifecycle
- Experience communicating with cross-functional business partners
- Mentorship from experienced Program Managers and Project Managers
