Enterprise Operations & Shared Services (EOSS) Technology Lead Role
About The Position
Act as a trusted strategic technology advisor to the EOSS business head, providing expert guidance on enterprise architecture, technology strategy, specific to procurement, vendor management, invoicing, and payment processes. Drive the simplification and consolidation of technology platforms and solutions within the EOSS domain, consolidating and enhancing efficiency, and ensuring integration across the enterprise. Establish and maintain a multi-year technology roadmap that is aligned with COO strategy, enterprise architecture principles, financial objectives, and critical risk mandates for EOSS. Provide architectural oversight and direction for all COO technology initiatives related to Source to Pay, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, resilient, and aligned with future-state visions.
Responsibilities
- Manage portfolio financials, ensuring optimal stewardship of technology investments and clear value realization tracking across the EOSS ecosystem.
- Facilitate high-impact Steering Committees, Portfolio Review Boards, and Architecture Review Board engagements, driving informed decision-making for Source to Pay technologies.
- Ensure all EOSS technology solutions and processes adhere to internal risk and control frameworks, external regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
