About The Position

CTP, Inc is seeking an Enterprise Operations Director to lead the day-to-day operation of infrastructure, platforms, and enterprise service delivery. This role ensures high availability, performance, reliability, and operational efficiency across enterprise systems and platforms.
Travel to the Caribbean region will likely be required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of IT operations or infrastructure experience
• Experience managing enterprise infrastructure and cloud environments
• Experience with monitoring, incident management, and service delivery
• Strong leadership and operational management experience

Nice To Haves

• Experience with cloud platforms
• Experience with IT service management platforms
• ITIL certification
• Experience supporting enterprise or government environments

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise infrastructure and platform operations
• Manage NOC and operational engineering teams
• Lead incident response and uptime management
• Implement service management and operational processes
• Ensure integration between cloud services and enterprise platforms
• Improve operational efficiency and scalability
• Coordinate across engineering, security, and development teams
• Establish monitoring and performance management processes
