Enterprise Initiatives Project Manager Description - Role Overview This role serves as the central hub for governance, project integration, and risk management across all workstreams of a project(s). You will drive alignment, ensure disciplined execution, and provide clear, executive‑ready storytelling that links delivery to strategic objectives. The role requires deep transformation and program leadership experience, strong enterprise‑level judgment, and the ability to operate confidently with senior executives in complex, matrixed environments. Key Responsibilities Project Integration & Alignment Create and maintain a single, integrated transformation narrative across all workstreams. Align priorities, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across a complex stakeholder landscape. Maintain end‑to-end visibility into scope, risks, progress, and interdependencies. Governance & Operating Model Establish and uphold the project governance framework and operating model. Lead governance forums (Steering Committees, Executive Sponsor sessions, Advisory Councils). Apply proven planning and program‑management methodologies to create integrated, enterprise‑wide project plans. Project Execution & Cadence Management Lead project syncs that enable effective discussion, decision‑making, and follow‑through. Coordinate and synthesize materials for executive‑level forums. Monitor, escalate, and support resolution of risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreams. Benefits & Savings Tracking Own project‑level benefits and savings tracking to ensure accuracy and prevent double counting. Provide transparent reporting on benefits realization and value delivery. Transformation & Change Enablement Partner with the Management of Change lead to integrate change activities into the master plan. Support adoption and execution across impacted stakeholder groups and functions. Experience & Qualifications 10–15 years of relevant experience in program, project, or transformation management within complex, matrixed, enterprise environments. Demonstrated experience leading large‑scale, cross‑functional initiatives with executive visibility. Strong background in governance setup, integrated planning, risk management, and executive communications. PMP certification desired (or equivalent formal project / program management accreditation). Experience working across global organizations and diverse stakeholder groups.
