The Enterprise Systems Engineer II is responsible for the installation/configuration, maintenance/operation, and monitoring/troubleshooting of all systems/applications supporting Experity's internal and external customers. The role is heavily involved in researching new products, services, and technology allowing for continued innovation with the services provided by the team. This process includes defining the needs, benefits, costs, and tasks required to complete each project. Tasks completed for each project are discussed daily in a team setting.
