Enterprise Early Talent & Partnership Program Manager Lead, manage and deliver Global Internship Program, outreach programs, and partner to build and develop future workforce pipeline Strategize programmatic efforts to create a robust emerging talent pipeline for Labcorp In collaboration with internal partners, develop relationships, outreach and partnerships from a Talent Acquisition perspective Collaborate with Leadership in establishment of Enterprise Early Talent & Outreach Partnership program strategy, roadmap and implementation Create and implement programs to shape an inclusive and equitable culture with a robust talent pool Serve as subject matter expert and primary point of contact on Early Talent programs and lead programmatic efforts Contribute to marketing/advertising of Labcorp talent programs, partner with branding team to share opportunities and enhance external brand Research and explore new outreach and partnership and initiatives Serve as primary liaison for core school strategy and drive university/collegiate communications and attend events on campus to represent Labcorp’s opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with university faculty and student organizations to promote Labcorp’s brand and opportunities Build and nurture relationships with new partners, internal and external stakeholders and ensure a high-quality candidate pipeline Measure ROI on partnership efforts; analyze survey results, and provide data/metrics to measure impact of partnership initiatives and reevaluate partnerships and efforts annually Create early ID opportunities to pipeline future Labcorp intern emerging talent Lead enterprise pilot efforts of early career secondary education students (middle/ high school) to provide exposure to Life Sciences industry Spearhead early talent employee referral program Support the development and delivery of hiring manager training on emerging talent partnership programs Participate in selection of and processing thru new vendors that advance our outreach efforts

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 5 years program management experience leading and delivering internship/early talent programs. (For example developing university events, partnering with outreach initiatives, building programs to pipeline emerging talent etc.)
  • Skilled in research of early talent program trends and competitive intelligence.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Experienced using Excel
  • Experienced using PowerPoint to create deliver presentations to a live audience
  • Familiar using social media (LinkedIn etc.) to proactively share Labcorp branding on social media
  • Attention to detail, organization and follow-up skills are critical to this position.
  • Excellent written and strong verbal communication skills; strong presentation skills
  • Ability to be flexible with working hours with the expectation to travel between15% to 25% primarily to universities and conferences
  • Flexibility in supporting various business units across the enterprise required.
  • Experience partnering with campuses or early career programs to include program design and management
  • Experience supporting/advising on recruitment strategies for early career or career transition programs (i.e. Veterans, Persons with Disabilities, etc.)
  • Experience partnering with business leaders as an adviser in early career programming and recruitment
  • Proven ability to prioritize effectively and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with competing demands
  • Demonstrated confidence in all settings when advising/partnering with senior business leaders or presenting to executive audiences
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
