About The Position

The Enterprise Data and AI Governance Coordinator helps the organization govern AI, data, analytics, and reporting in a responsible, effective, and forward‑looking way. This role brings structure and momentum to complex, cross‑functional governance efforts, helping translate expectations into clear actions, documentation, and measurable progress. You will work across multiple teams and functions to maintain alignment, support informed decision‑making, and help governance initiatives move from intention to execution. If you are highly organized, comfortable communicating with both business and technical stakeholders, and motivated by bringing order and clarity to complex work, this role offers meaningful exposure to enterprise‑level data and AI decisions. What You’ll Do § Coordinate enterprise governance activities across AI, data, analytics, and reporting by managing calendars, preparing materials, documenting decisions, and tracking commitments through completion. § Serve as a central point of coordination across business, technology, risk, legal, and compliance teams, supporting stakeholder onboarding, information flow, and ongoing alignment as governance decisions evolve. § Maintain centralized, audit‑ready governance documentation and support tools such as inventories, risk registers, and tracking mechanisms that provide transparency and regulatory readiness. § Monitor emerging data and AI regulations and standards, assisting with impact assessments, summaries, and leadership updates to support responsible and compliant use of data and AI. § Help define requirements for dashboards, reporting, and communications that give leaders and stakeholders visibility into governance progress, risks, and program health. § Build and maintain knowledge of data governance, AI governance, and industry frameworks, contributing to continuous process improvements that make governance more effective, scalable, and user‑friendly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, with 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Exceptional organizational and follow‑through skills, with the ability to manage many moving parts, competing timelines, and diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, with the ability to document decisions, processes, and requirements clearly and accurately.
  • Excellent planning, facilitation, decision‑making, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguity and bring structure to work that spans multiple teams or functions, using influence and communication rather than formal authority.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently, with reliable and predictable attendance.
