About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Enterprise Content Management System Administrator to join our team. The Enterprise Content Management System Administrator will contribute to the creation of new digital experiences and be responsible for management, maintenance, and administration of the organization's content management systems, ensuring a seamless user experience for both internal teams and external customers. The role requires a combination of technical expertise, design skills, and a deep understanding of digital content platforms. This position will be located within a highly visible, customer-facing location that provides support to Executive level internal and external customers.  Most work will be completed on-site within the facility located in Redmond, WA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in digital media production (e.g., web, interactive, broadcast, etc.).
  • Strong technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP (or relevant scripting languages).
  • Familiarity with content hosting, management, and distribution.
  • Experience in optimizing digital platforms for speed, scalability, and user experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency with Windows operating systems and productivity toolsets.
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Knowledge of creative/design workflows (e.g., Adobe, Figma, DaVinci, Blender, Canva).
  • Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) systems and integrations.
  • Exposure to automation scripting solutions (e.g., PowerShell, Batch).

Responsibilities

  • Manage, configure, and maintain digital content and player devices.
  • Ensure the CMS environment is running smoothly and securely.
  • Implement and troubleshoot any issues with content templates, assets, and user experience.
  • Monitor player endpoints and perform regular updates to ensure optimal performance.
  • Manage user permissions and access controls for content authors, contributors, and administrators.
  • Oversee the structure, organization, and workflow of digital content on the CMS platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content follows best practices and is optimized for distribution.
  • Create, modify, and manage digital assets, templates, layouts, and external data sources to ensure a consistent brand identity.
  • Support global content authors and contributors in the creation, deployment, and ownership of content experiences.
  • Provide troubleshooting and issue resolution for users experiencing problems with content packages, device playback, or CMS-related issues.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for technical support related to CMS usage and access.
  • Optimize content for performance and stability, preventing runtime errors and enabling a seamless user experience.
  • Conduct regular backups of CMS data and perform disaster recovery planning.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve player endpoint issues and infrastructure problems affecting content playback.
  • Implement and maintain security measures, including system redundancy, user governance, and localized provisioning/permissions.
  • Regularly review cloud infrastructure for vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with internal security policies.
  • Work closely with IT, marketing, and creative teams to ensure content aligns with organizational goals and brand guidelines.
  • Provide training and guidance to content authors and contributors on best practices for utilizing the CMS environment.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to procedures, workflows, and troubleshooting.
