Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant/equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business systems architecture, with a proven track record of successful technology outcome/goal delivery.
  • Experience in Quote-to-Cash technology framework systems is a must.
  • Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks, cloud computing, ERP systems, CRM systems, and other business applications.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Workday and ServiceNow is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • System Design and Architecture : Design and maintain the overall architecture of enterprise business systems, ensuring they meet business requirements and are scalable, secure, and efficient.
  • Business Process Alignment : Ensure that business processes are effectively aligned with technology solutions to optimize efficiency and support strategic objectives. Maintain storyboard level process diagrams for business consumption, representing the firm’s evolving architecture and associated initiative impacts
  • Collaboration : Work closely with stakeholders from different departments and programs including Quote-To-Cash lines, IT, Finance, HR, and Operations, to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Success Management : Lead projects & initiatives related to the implementation and enhancement of business systems, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Technical Leadership : Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other members of the IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system architecture, processes, and procedures including though not limited to: Visual representations of how systems are organized now versus where they need to be. Roadmaps: Step-by-step plans for technological evolution, including timelines and key milestones. Blueprints and Models: Detailed diagrams showing system interactions, data flows, and integration points. Reference Architectures: Templates and frameworks that guide solution design across various business units. Technology Evaluation Matrices: Comparing tools or platforms based on technical and business criteria.
  • Compliance and Security : Ensure that all business systems comply with relevant regulations and security standards.
  • Governance : Maintain architecture governance frameworks, ensuring that IT decisions are consistent with organizational standards and policies.
  • Change Management : Participate in Change Management processes performing architecture reviews, risk assessments, and aiding in the decision-making process.
